With this build you are considered mainly a healer, but you have other benefits. It’s a very all around balanced class, mirrored by the Sith Sorcerer. With this game the healing specs are pretty unique, in that they change greatly thought the leveling process. For example the way you’ll be using benevolence when you first get it at level 14 is going to differ extremely at level 30 and 50.

You want to make sure you’re always paying attention to your whole team and not just your tank, with abilities like Benevolence and Disturbance you can quickly heal up your team members, as well as keep your Force Points. Ideally you want to always keep your Force points above half (250) going below this you’re in the “danger zone” and you should keep an eye on it and use whatever Force Point recovery methods you have.

As well as healing you want to be using your offensive abilities as well because the refund some of your Force Points, abilities like Disturbance and Weaken mind. Another think that is easily forgotten but shouldn’t be is the ability Force Armor, you want to throw this on the tank from time to time, it’s a temporary shield that will not only make your job easier but it will ensure you can keep the tank alive, as well as any other DPSers in the team.

Being a healer you want to always pay attention to where you are in the fight, try to put yourself at a good distance away from the boss if it’s a boss fight, if not try to follow the person farthest away from the tank. You want to stay a good way away from the general fight to make sure you don’t get hit if you do happen to get agro. Always stay close enough to heal though, and try not to panic if you do get hit, keep relaxed and continue to heal.
